MINIMUM ORDER = HALF CASE (SIX BOTTLES)<br>The 2018 vintage was individually sourced from vineyards within the Heathcote region of Victoria. The blend of the topographical and geographical condition of the ancient red volcanic Cambrian soil of Heathcote results in a wine of regional terroir, character and quality.<br><br>An excellent growing condition during veraison has resulted in a full-bodied and structured wine, highlighting the broad character profile of the shiraz grape—underlying flavours of blackberry, liquorice and cedar box with some spicy tones of black pepper.<br><br>Tight and silky tannins and supple acid balance complement a balanced and distinctive wine. Matured in 100% new French oak for 12 months, will continue to improve with further cellaring – Best drinking 2023-2030

Warm growing conditions and extended vine ripening has produced a delicate medium-bodied wine. <br><br>This vintage has an integration of dark cherry, spicy and savoury characters with a delicate balance of herbaceous tones of bell peppers and herbal elements. The fine balance of oak and acid has created a moreish finish of complexity and length. <br><br>The wine was matured in 100% used French oak for 12 months and will continue to improve with further cellaring.<br>Best drinking 2023 – 2030

2020 Heathcote Wine Show<br>2019 Carmènére - Bronze Medal<br><br>2021 Sydney Royal Wine Show <br>2019 Carmènére - Silver Medal<br><br>2021 Rutherglen Wine Show<br>2019 Carmènére - Bronze Medal<br><br>MINIMUM ORDER = HALF CASE (SIX BOTTLES)<br>Carménère (kahr-meh-nehr) is a grape that originated from Gironde Bordeaux France & with Gros Cabernet are progeny of Cabernet Sauvignon.<br><br>The 2019 vintage was sourced from a vineyard near Lake Cooper within the Heathcote wine region.<br>The warmer growing condition & extended vine ripening have produced fully ripe berry, which exhibits black cherry & ripe plum but keeps the underlying Carménère traits of capsicum & green herbaceous characters & savoury notes. <br><br>The balance of flavours & characters has produced a rounded but complex style of wine that will further develop over time. The wine has been aged two & three year-old French hogshead for tweleve months, the wine will continue to improve with further cellaring.<br>Best drinking 2023 – 2030
